Quote:Now the country has shuttered its 355-megawatt Muehleberg power station near Bern and is dismantling the reactor that operated from 1972 to 2019, the next round of tablets due to be handed out come 2024 - the old ones are due to expire then - must be reconfigured.
"The map is not the territory that it is a map of ... the word is not the thing being referred to."
But...but humans are the most intelligent species alive.... because of us the planet is safe from itself....

Ok I guess. Why not, right...says the peanut gallery.

Doodley doodley dooooo deedely deedley daaahh oh doodley doodley dooo deedely deedely daahh

Homo Saipan is so inefficient, while the rest of existence is so efficient, almost nothing..nada goes to waste. The human has created a never ending self fulfilling waste stream. It's astounding on its own but we got Disney for that. So just to be clear all things are changing rapidly. The compression is increasing as space is decreasing...again why not, right?

...its the humans they are worried about. That's why it is there in the first place. Repeat. Not radioactive. Repeat. Will be held responsible. Repeat. Humans. Repeat.

"Every single gram of the eight billion tonnes of plastic — the weight of more than a billion elephants — that the world has produced is still around.".
Mmmm yeah well what are we going to do. Plastic Tax. Hahaha if it wasn't so absurd. But we got money... we always say money can fix it. Look at all the amazing things money has created to help the planet?  I always called BS on money and it's so called "economies"...fake, digital coin now we're getting somewhere. AI might figure it out but humans might not be a factor by then.
Here you go Radlab, this one is for you...thanks
