According to the following post, wild monkey poops from Namie-city, Fukushima had more than 150,000Bq/kg in terms of radioactive Cs137 & Cs134.

Cs137: 133987 Bq/kg
Cs134: 25186 Bq/kg
K40: 225 Bq/kg

Autoradiography is very cool and relatively cheap.

I've produced a few images and I don't even live in Japan. In certain areas over there you could develop an image from many things you'd never expect, I'm sure.

I noticed Pia left a comment here too.

Good video. It leaves a lot out, but it does cover some touchy issues.

I noticed several things throughout the video.

* The lead lined streets all around the plant.

* The suits and breathing masks seemed secure enough, but it's odd to me they don't always wear 'eye' protection. In Screenshot 1 the guy is just wearing his glasses.

I know from research that dose rates to the 'eye' are different. Even though dose rates to the eye are not 'currently' considered by the NRC. They still exist.
