R3 SFP Cooling Sys

What are the implications of shutting down the cooling system of R3 from 16 Oct to 30 Oct? TEPCO Daily 14 Oct.

My guess at this time, two weeks is probably not a worry. Seven years of cooling, the assemblies wouldn't be that hot thermally so water no longer boils off but just evaporates quickly. The water level in a full tank would drop some but not enough to expose fuel or lose shielding. If the primary is taken offline, I'd guess that unmentioned secondary or backup would still be available. Sounds like they have to put in new power and control before the old one dies.
