Energy Future Policy
There's been talk of developing small, modular nuclear reactors for sometime, but this past week the discussion has ratcheted up and promises to be the next big push from nuclear proponents.

This bill must be stopped:

All Bill Information (Except Text) for H.R.431 - To enable civilian research and development of advanced nuclear energy technologies by private and public institutions, to expand theoretical and practical knowledge of nuclear physics, chemistry, and materials science, and for other purposes.

Another pressing aspect is that Fluor/NuScale has submitted it's small modular nuclear reactor design http://www.elp.com/articles/2017/01/fluo...o-nrc.html
