39 states have laws regarding the transmission of HIV and AIDS. California has very stringent laws for even possible exposure... it doesn't even have to include it actually infecting someone or being aware you're infected.. possible jail time. So what if I demand a test for Covid and it lands on some zombie record ... and they later drop info that's it ...you know, what it is... and they tell me it's still in me... and then I am liable...

Is that like volunteering a piss test the night after snorting cocaine and then registering the results to be used as evidence and later convicted of intent to distribute to all contacts and charge them the same fate?

Will prosecuting attorney Harris convict me of negligent homicide if I kiss granny?

Oh dear...

Just kidding. We don't test here or wear silly masks....

Imma go tell my damaged organs they're fake news...

Don't worry HHD the Trump administration with their deregulated EPA and appointees have your back. Backyard...I can hear a train right now.

"The waste under review is currently located at three DOE Defense Reprocessing Waste Inventories: the Hanford Site in Washington, the Savannah River Site in South Carolina, and the Idaho National Laboratory."

https://www.newsweek.com/trump-toxic-nuc...fy-1442573

They will be transparent in working with local communities.... honest uh huh. The DOE promises. And Trumps EPA is so very cozy with its constituents. I wouldn't worry. ...William Barr is on it.
It's less radioaxtive, we can build playgrounds on it and such

Besides according to Pence earth is only about 6000 years old....we got plenty of time. Count wait don't count wait count wait I mean don't count...oops I must of heard that wrong and was only putting 2 and 2 together..lol

I'm sure they all have our backs...

That's why I'm infected with lab rat poison and locked in a cage with no visitors in a maze of canned peas and the stench of loneliness.

Air hugs to the kind folk at the NIH...

And thanks for hangin in there, earthy. I made you a tea and cupcake.

But I wouldn't eat that cupcake if I were you...might be a tad bitter... Wormwood, $11 a pound....Ewpsie.

The tea is fit for kings, however....and sold out! Enjoy.

DANA BASH, CNN: The Department of Homeland Security bulletin said that Russia is trying to amplify claims that mail-in voting will lead to widespread voting fraud and undermine the public's trust in the upcoming election.

Are you worried that Russian interference could cost you the election?

SEN. KAMALA HARRIS (D-CA), DEMOCRATIC NOMINEE FOR VICE PRESIDENT: I am clear that Russia interfered in the election of president of the United States in 2016.

I serve on the Senate Intelligence Committee. We have published detailed reports about exactly what we believe happened. And I do believe that there will be foreign interference in the 2020 election, and that Russia will be at the front of the line.

BASH: Could it cost you the White House?

HARRIS: Theoretically, of course, yes.

BASH: And that's based on what you're hearing publicly, or -- you mentioned you're on the Senate Intelligence Committee. HARRIS: I mean, I -- listen, let me just tell you something. I -- we have to be a realist. And I'm a realist about it. Joe is a realist about it.

We have classic voter suppression at play in this election coming up, where, after the Supreme Court gutted the Voting Rights Act with Shelby v. Holder in 2013, dozens of states passed laws that were designed to suppress the black vote, to suppress students from voting, to suppress our indigenous people from support -- from voting, so much so that, in North Carolina, a court of appeals said it was -- the law was passed with surgical precision to get in the way of black voters from voting.

So, we have classic voter suppression. We have what happened in 2016, which is foreign interference. We have a president who is trying to convince the American people not to believe in the integrity of our election system and compromise their belief that their vote might actually count.

These things are all at play. And I am very realistic. Joe is realistic about the fact that, until we can win and get in and put some teeth back in the Voting Rights Act, and bring back the public's confidence in the system, that there will be many obstacles that people are intentionally placing in front of Americans' ability to vote.

But we will surpass and surmount and get around those obstacles.

Mail in Balloting is wide open to fraud; stuffed ballot boxes, dead people voting, weak signature verification, and deadline extensions are only a few of the many tricks used to turn an election.  Suppressing a legal vote with record setting voting, more votes than registered voters, is as bad as making it difficult or impossible for select groups to vote.  Handing the election process over to computers invites fraud.  Look who owns the voting machines with access to influence vote counts.  Paperless votes can't be recounted.  Not much integrity no matter how you choose to vote.

Excerpts:
Quote:...the so-called minimum standards were never created. What the law did was provide funds to the states to outsource their election management to private companies like ES&S, Dominion, Smartmatic and some smaller ones. By 2018, these cyber electronic voting companies controlled 92% of the market share of US elections. No longer could bipartisan vote monitors theoretically insure election vote integrity. Computers, proprietary software and all their vulnerabilities were now in control.

"The principal conduit between Britain and the Candidate [Obama] has been Lord Malloch Brown, the Junior Foreign Minister..." This is the person today heading the highly controversial voting systems group, Smartmatic.

Another board member of SGO Smartmatic in London is DLA Piper global CEO, Sir Nigel Knowles. DLA Piper was then the world's largest law firm in 2014. Notably, Douglas C. Emhoff, husband to Kamala Harris, is a partner at DLA Piper. Perhaps just coincidence?

In 2016 Dominion Vice President Dr. Eric Coomer was asked if it was possible to bypass election systems software and go directly to the data tables that manage systems running elections in Illinois. He replied, "Yes, if they have access." Asked who that included, he replied, "Vendors, election officials, and others who need to be granted access." The same Coomer in 2020 was discovered posting Facebook posts favorable to BLM and attacking Trump.
