But if its distributed by a nuclear meltdown its perfectly safe?  This is known as cognitive dissonance.

the exclusion zone in Chernobyl is 1000 sq miles.   There are others...they call them nature preserves!

By continuously spreading the message that fallout is safe (except when spread by terrorists), the science community brings us closer to the use of nuclear weapons.  Shame, shame on them
we are healthy with background radiation but unhealthy with the same dose from fallout
